SHIPPING & RETURNS


Shipping

Thank you for ordering from Taylor Made Bands! Our goal is to offer you the best shipping & delivery experience no matter where you live. We want to ensure you that we provide the highest level of responsiveness to you at all times.

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our manufacturer will process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

 

Pre-orders will have this badge on their page. This means that some of our US orders are shipped by US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, high demand items can usually take between 7-14 days arrive on time
T-Shirts & Tank Tops on average is produced and shipped from our facility 2-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-7 days for domestic). 
    • Tracking : Will be provided via e-mail as soon as the order is processed. Please allow 7-14 days for items to arrive. If item has not shown as delivered after 30 days we will offer you the option of a full refund or store credit! 

    Returns

    • Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange. ☹ 
    • If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
    • Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent. If there is excessive wrinkling, the return is subject to denial. 
    • All items must be unworn and unwashed.
    • Original tags must be attached.
    • Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
    • Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant cannot be accepted.
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
    • It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed (even longer after a launch).
    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Include your full name and order number in your email inquiry. All returns/exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you. 

      Please note:
      • We do not cover shipping costs for any returns/exchanges at this time.
      • All shipping costs are non-refundable.
      • We will only accept back garments in it’s original, undamaged condition. Items showing signs of wear will be returned back to you.
      • We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items.
      • We currently do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
      • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
      • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
      • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Refunds
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Late or missing refunds 
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Sale items 
      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

      Exchanges 
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, your return or exchange must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Send us an email at info@taylormadebands.com

      Gifts
      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
